About the event
This class series runs 25 hours and is taught over ten 2.5 hour sessions. We will cover exercises, pelvic floor health, nutrition, comfort measures, labor practice, common tests & procedures, cesarean birth, birth plans, relaxation, breastfeeding, and parenting a newborn. This class series is prefect for first time parents, those having their first unmedicated birth, or preparing for a VBAC.
