Why a consultation? There is a great doula fit for everyone. Interviewing several doulas will help you find the one that is best for you, the one that matches your personality and supports you in your birth goals. During the consultation visit we will get to know each other and I will answer your questions about doula care.
At your Birth Plan Visit we will spend time discussing your desires for your upcoming birth. You will receive your Supporting Arms Booklet with useful tools and information including affirmations, 10 ways your partner can prepare for birth, a birth plan template, and so much more.
I give you and your partner care, understanding, information and support before, during, and after birth. When your labor begins I can meet you at your home and help you decide when to leave for your place of birth. I will work with your partner to facilitate comfort measures, support emotional well being, and be ready with information to promote decision making throughout the birthing process.

- Availability to you by phone, text, or email throughout your pregnancy
- One birth plan visit to discuss your desires
for your upcoming birth
- Continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to you and your partner throughout your labor, this can include coming to your home before you go to your place of birth
- Support 1-2 hours postpartum including help initiating breastfeeding
- Contact 24-48 hours postpartum to check in on you all, & a meeting with you 1 week and 6 weeks after birth
